The Letting Office, situated in the Neelsie Student Centre,  is a specialist team with expertise in leasing, tenant-sourcing, tenant-mix-designing, commercial installations, renovations and facilities management.

In addition to managing the Neelsie Student Centre, the team also manages  various other commercial spaces across the Stellenbosch, Tygerberg and Bellville campuses. These strategically located spaces include shopping centres, restaurants, coffee shops/kiosks, offices, and other privately operated consumer services ensuring that SU staff and students can conveniently and safely access everything they need without leaving campus.

The Letting Office is also responsible for managing the indoor and outdoor third-party advertising sites on campus, and coordinating any specialised events, promotions and activations that take place on the Rooiplein.
