There are so many things at Stellenbosch University to be proud of and to capitalise on. SUNCOM (previously known as Commercial Services) are a small, mighty team of people, from a variety of background, who make sure that we take advantage of what we all have, for the betterment of everyone in Stellenbosch – staff, students, tourists and guests. SUNCOM is a division of Innovus who is responsible for the 5th revenue stream of the University. This includes both technology and intellectual property-related income as well as pure commercial income. While SUNCOM feeds back into the University, all of our divisions are financially independent.
