By managing the facilities that are designated for student accommodation, Residence Services ensures that the environment they provide is safe, inclusive and comfortable, and that it complies with the ministerial framework for student housing. During recess periods when residences are fully vacated, these facilities are made available to visiting groups.

The Residence Services team is committed to creating a home away from home for all SU students. Through various collaborative initiatives with other university entities they ensure that the living spaces within SU residences are welcoming for students.
